Mas La Rose Sauvage

Gordes - the famous and pictoresque village voted last year most beautiful of the world - the stone villa has the advantage of tranquility and gorgeous views besides being very close to all famous villages like Roussilion, Menerbes and only 10 minutes to Apt for the largest Provençal market in the Luberon on Saturday morning.
THE VILLA
Indulge in the charm and comfort of this meticulously decorated, fully air-conditioned home. With a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and multiple ensuite bedrooms, it’s perfect for large families or couples traveling together.
THE POOL
Relax by the large heated swimming pool, or dine al fresco on the various terraces overlooking the valley. The garden is spacious and impeccably maintained, offering the perfect blend of sun and shade.
Stairs lead down to the lower pool level, the ancient stone fountain murmurs on the sun terrace overlooking the 14 m infinity pool with inside seating bench and 8 inch deep ‚beach‘ on one side. On the other short side of the pool there is another terrace with lounge beds covered with a pergola to provide shade. Guest say this is the best spot - totally private. In front of the pool there are also beautiful iron forged lounge beds. The garden has been planted with local plants and one area just with beautifully smelling lavender. A path leads down to the pétanque court in competition size and it can be lit in the evening.
THE TERRACES
On the terrace one finds a BBQ to supplement the kitchen equipment. The terrace is half covered which is fantastic when very hot or raining and makes this outdoor space even usable during winter months.
INSIDE
The villa consists of a huge family room with open plan kitchen and dining room with an XL fireplace with glass windows on both sides. In the living room one finds a desk to work at with a printer if necessary and a 72‘‘ television called THE FRAME displaying artwork of dozens museums of the world if wanted when not watching TV.
COOK & DINE
The kitchen is very well equipped with MIELE appliances, 2 dishwasher come in very handy and steamer in combination with convection and a second oven with microwave function gives you all the possibilities to cook up a delicious meal.
From Nespresso machine to drip coffee machine, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, egg cooker, hand held mixer, Raclette to Mussel pots - you name it.
A private chef can be hired with advance notice.
THE MASTER
The 52 m2 Master bedroom suite boasts a free standing XL bathtub, high wood beam ceilings, comfortable king size bed, seating area with view and a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, washing machine and your own Nespresso coffee maker to enjoy the first morning coffee without meeting anyone else. There is a separate entrance to a huge terrace with seating just for this suite to enjoy evening drinks or early morning coffee. A fire place next to the bathtub and to be seen from the bed adds to the romantic feeling of this room.

The whole house has got underfloor heating which is makes it an all year around comfortable place to stay as well as aircondition units in each room including reverse heating if a quick heat boost shoud be necessary. In addition fire wood is supplied if you enjoy crackling fires in the living room or bedroom suite. Bothe can be operated with open or closed glass fronts.
The entire 220 m2 of terraces are stone floors and the ground floor level is closed in with beautiful custom made iron banisters from a local artisan. Children cannot access the pool unless an adult opens the gates. (Of course the house doors and garage also needs to be closed for this safety feature to work).
